SUMMARY:ACTSA Webinar: Changing the Commercial Paper Landscape
DESCRIPTION:Please join ACTSA and Casper van Heerden\, Partner\, Head of Debt Capital Markets at Bowmans for a webinar on the recently published proposed amendments to the Commercial Paper Exemption Notice of 1994 (Notice). The Notice regulates the way in which corporates can issue commercial paper and therefore raise funding from institutional investors. \nHowever\, the proposed amendments will significantly change the status quo. For example\, one proposed change is that the term of all commercial paper be limited to 364 days. Ultimately these changes require careful consideration and thought by any companies or entities issuing notes.
