TreasuryONE Technologies is rapidly expanding and seeking a highly skilled Treasury Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support desk, you will play a crucial role in delivering
exceptional service to our growing client base.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Day-to-Day Support
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in managing their treasury operations and cash
management, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations - Manage user access and permissions for our Treasury Management Systems
- Monitor cash visibility, and payment processing to ensure seamless integration
- Resolve Complex Client Issues
- Analyse and troubleshoot technical and product-related issues for our clients
- Provide clear explanations and step-by-step guidance to help clients resolve problems
- Manage complex client requests, particularly those involving technical challenges
- Enhancing Client Satisfaction
- Serve as the first point of contact for client support queries
- Focus on delivering quality answers and demonstrating empathy to ensure client satisfaction
Identify client requests and engage our internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions - Drive Continuous Improvement
- Investigate application logs and other tools to identify root causes of technical issues
- Provide recommendations to enhance our existing monitoring and risk mitigation strategies
- Share your expertise by mentoring junior members of the support team
- Support Connectivity and Integration Projects
- Participate in connectivity projects and migrations, including bank connections and third-party
integrations (SFTP, API, certificate renewals, encryption, etc.) - Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting various integration points
At the TreasuryONE support desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support on a range of
Treasury Management Systems, including IT2, Kyriba, and Treasury Express.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the FinTech industry
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems and/or Treasury Operations
- An understanding of cloud-based solutions, SWIFT, H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, API, and SQL
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work calmly under
pressure - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
