• Unpack the latest margin regulations for uncleared OTC Derivatives under the Financial Markets Act (including a walk through the submissions made by the Banking Association of SA and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, to pre-empt what the final regulations might look like);
• Provide an update on the 9 February clearing regulations for OTC Derivatives recently published in final form under the FMA and;
• Provide an update on trade reporting of OTC Derivatives under the FMA.
